Hello Everyone. Newbie here.

I'm not sure how to use this forum yet. In particular I don't see a facility for posting images to it, but I could be wrong about that, so someone feel free to fill me in.

In the meanwhile and for that reason, I can say that everything you might want to know of me [other than my extensive criminal record ;-), ] is here:

This should take you to my "Tyrannies" album. I hope the link works. Let me know if it doesn't.

Needless to say (if you've tripped to the link) my favorite book of all time is Mary Shelley's Frankenstein--not for its entertainment value, of course, but for its intense meaningfulness.

You see, after my having done twenty years' intense research on the subject, and written four books on it, (with a fifth under way) I know what it's about--and it's not about anything anyone is likely to have read (much of)--anywhere. In fact, I cannot imagine anyone, anywhere and at any time having come up with a more radical interpretation of the story--or, indeed, being able to sustain that interpretation with such a mass of solid evidence.

No bones about it, I'm a writer (if not a great typist), and here for the sole purpose of doing all I can to aid in getting my books published. So if you know anybody, who knows anybody, who knows a courageous literary agent--one with the necessary extraordinary vision--then point them my way.

(Yes. I know: "Write query letters!" I'm doing that--but, quite frankly, I despair of a sea of lit agents who tell me they are looking for "something new" and the "authentic voice" and yet who balk when presented with both, since my work doesn't "fit the pattern" of today's Publishing industry.)

Since when did a radical voice fit a pattern?
Since when was a radical voice comfortably accommodated?
Since when were expansive problems solved by a narrow mind?
(Since when are accountants qualified to know what makes a good book"?)

(Don't despair folks! I may style myself a "modern monster", but I'm really more of a Labrador.)

But really, this is a Literature forum, not Writers one. Accordingly, my secondary interest comes into play, insofar as I am trying to judge what is the amount of INTEREST in my work.

So, if you feel you're going bananas trying to figure out what Frankenstein means, and despair at getting anywhere with it--and still want to know--tell me. Express an interest. Make a fuss!

Then maybe a Literary Agent might sit up and take notice.
