    happy Australia Day!

    January 26th is Australia Day! It's still the 25th here, but it's only 2 hours 'til Australia Day (where I am ). So to all Aussies, and even all the non-Aussies, have a great Australia Day!

    I used to work Mondays and Thursdays, but my days got changed, so no work for me! I'm going to spend the day with friends, watching fireworks .

    Ahaha, koalas are awesome . Not that we have them in WA. One time I thought we did, but alas they exist only in zoos here. Similar thing happened when I was accidently convinced we had wild camels in the area... Which is no way possible here

    We used to have a TV show for kids when I was growing up called Skippy and he was a kangaroo and we followed his adventrures in Austrailia. It was sort of like Lassie, only a kangaroo instead of a dog. But it as a fun show and I have always been fascinated by kangaroos. I love them. I have no idea what they are like in real life, but they look like so much fun.
