Hello my lovely book reading.. friends?

There are many people.. advertising? themselves here. So it seems that my thread, sadly, faces the possibility of falling into a pit of the unknown to be lost forever and consequently, taking me with it. However, there seems to be no harm in trying so here goes..

    Hello :]

I don't know about advertising one's self but there are lots of threads. Well, it hasn't gone into the pit of the unknown. I have found it.

No not werewolves, just wolves and dogs in general.

It seems that you might be right about people advertising themselves, but then the world of literature is full of folks who want others to read their stuff. Not buy it, you understand, since most authors would quite happily starve to death in some lonely garret rather than do that mad thing that we're all trying to avoid, called work. Just read it. Readership is far more important to we lunatics than the money, and if you're doing it for the cash, your motives can perhaps be questioned. So, it's a mad world, full of mad people, many of whom are mad enough to sit in front of a screen in the dead of night like I am now. (It's just gone midnight in UK!). But, the sane few, like yourself, are the ones that keep a sense of balance. Nice to have you with us. Maybe, just maybe, we're all sane and it's the lunatics running the asylum.
