This is my first ever voyage into the world of blogs and threads and similar chimera.
I'm a reader with catholic tastes - I'm not stuck on any one genre - if a book's well-written, I'll read it.
Authors I love are Galsworthy, Trollope, Mrs Gaskell, George MacDonald Fraser, Jack London,Salley Vickers, Joanne Harris, Dostoyevsky - oh, the list goes on.
So few people seem to read today, and I'm hoping that this forum will give me tha opportunity to share my opinions and learn from other people's thoughts and ideas.
