Okay, I know how you guys don't like people coming here to get help on homework, but this is a last ditch effort, I promise. Okay, question is: How does Huck perceive and relate to nature? (and were talking about Huck from the book Huck Finn). I've read the book, read the spark notes on themes and such, and I can't come up with anything. The book never addresses this, and I'm having trouble just writing a paragraph about it. Okay, that's it. Thanks for your time. :-?

That gives me something to think about as I haven't read the book in quite a while. There is the part where he lives with the 2 old ladies who try to civilize him and though they're kind to him he prefers to live off the land and face dangers. Sorry, that's the best I can come up with right now.

Huck percieves nature.. etc in avery complex manner. For one thing, helives with nature. He uses nature more that most of the characters in the book as a tool for his survival. Huck lives in harmony with nature, nature is an essential part of huck and without this reliance upon nature, huck would be lost. Nature is like a refuge for Huck, somthiing that he runs to when he is lost, or weary. Nature is what Huck turns to when he needs direction and solace in his life.
