    I would love to. I consider Aristotle's poetics the single most important work of criticism ever written. What is it you want to say about it?

    Maybe we can start with a general discussion about Aristotle's view on 'catharsis,' and the role it plays in dramatic tragedies? I flipped through the Poetics expressly for that purpose when starting to read Oedipus Rex.
    As Kingfishers catch fire, dragonflies draw flame . . .
