I'm listening to "I Would do Anything for Love (But I Won't do That)" by Meatloaf... without a doubt my favorite rock ballad of all time!!!

Volcano ~ Beck... such a beautiful, wonderful, mournful song.
the luminous grass of the prairie hides
feet lovely and still as sleeping doves,
porcelain bones strong enough to carry a life,
    but weighty and unmovable
    As black Dakota hills.

It is one of mine, too, but I think my all-time favorite is "Watching the Wheels". There is this 2-week Lennon exhibit going on right now. It is mainly displaying his artwork, but there will be some other items on hand. There will also be a little bit of Beatles memorabilia, too. This is like a once-in-lifetime thing for me to be able to get this close to something that John has actually touched. So I am pretty psyched about this. I plan to take pictures. Since I have figured out how to turn off the flash (it only took me 3 years after buying the camera ), I will be able to take pictures of practically everything.

Isn't this song great? I haven't heard that in years.

Khuda jaane -- ost Bachna ae haseeno

Such a romantic song. Whenever I listen to it I re-live some good and soothing memories of my past.

Slim Slow Slider, by Van Morrison. I just bought the album Astral Weeks, and I am absolutely entranced by it. Lester Bangs was 100% on the money with this one.
