    Cool site

Psyche, dearest, introduced me to a site that features many, many personality, behavioral, and cognitive tests worth trying, such as the Meiers-Briggs-Jung Enneagram test, the Big 5, and Locus of Control, to name a few. We found it very interesting, and thought to share:
    http://similarminds.com/personality_tests.html

    A few results of mine:
Jung-Enneagram: ENFP (though on the extroversion vs. introversion, I scored precisely 50/50),
    Locus of Control: Internal,
Right-Left Brain: Surprisingly balanced, but slightly more left-brain dominant.

Okay, now, I refuse to post any of my results for fear you'll all judge me (you can guess my paranoia rating already?), but I have taken the last hour to take almost all of the tests and now i'm going to dig a hole in the backyard and bury my head...after I write a letter blaming my mother for becoming this way...or my father, or maybe the family dog.
Think I'll go to the Crucible website earlier recommended and find safety and not a lot of self loathing 'mongst the witches.
I poured spot remover on my dog. Now he's gone.

Any Psychology students here? If so, a lot of this stuff will be quite familiar. Cool site for the layman though. Just don't take any of this stuff too personally.

    thanks mono, great site.
I took the left or right brain test and I'm 65.2% on the right and 34.8% on the left.

I took a few more tests and I like the results, I think. the personality test said I'm 16% paranoid and I think that's fair, it also said a few more things about me, (I have a bit of a peter pan complex) but I think I'll keep that to my self.

results for the big 5 test-
Extroversion results were moderately low which suggests you are reclusive, quiet, unassertive, and private.

Orderliness results were moderately high which suggests you are, at times, overly organized, neat, structured and restrained at the expense too often of flexibility, variety, spontaneity, and fun.

Emotional Stability results were moderately low which suggests you are worrying, insecure, emotional, and anxious.

Friendliness results were high which suggests you are overly kind natured, trusting, and helpful at the expense too often of your own individual development (martyr complex).

Openmindedness results were moderately low which suggests you are, at times, overly small minded, traditional, and conventional at the expense of intellectual curiousity, possibility, and progress.

guess i'm pretty messed up huh?

I just took the 'what movie are you' (or something like that) test and I am happy (I think) to say that it's Wuthering Heights... it says I'm dramatic and romantic and that my main passion in life is to find true love.and that is pretty accurate....

I never took the 'Classic Movie Test' until now. The survey labeled me as Mr. Smith Goes to Washington: determining and doing the right thing is the foundation of your personality.

Another silly quiz for other superstitious people, though this one does not seem psychology-related as much, but still interesting:

I tried to take the one where you associate figures but I got bored halfway cos I dont like visual things much and it needed too much effort Then I took the word pairs but I knew very few words so it was boring Then I did the word association which had interesting results ... according to it I have issues with

    patience
    sex
    submission
    walls
    love

Which is actually not far from the truth...well the beginning of my post speaks for itself as for patience...

    Off to take more tests.
