When I Was A Young Girl - Feist
Charlie was always my favourite, perhaps not the better dancer, but I liked him more. I love watching the bit in the ballet where Charlie pulls off that move that Cooper did when they were challenging each other in rehearsal! Oooohhh the tension!

Young Hearts Run Free - Kim Mazelle
Yes, isn't the tension something?
I was always thinking Cooper was the better of the two, but the last time I watched it (yes, I have watched this multiple times!
) I almost think that Charlie is the better dancer. I will probably change back the next time that I watch it! Have you ever noticed that Jody Sawyer is loaded with make-up before the ballet, and then it is off when it starts? Then when they get to the end of the ballet it is all on again? Just one of those crazy things that bothers me when I watch a movie over and over again.

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before. ~ Edgar Allan Poe
Yes I saw that!Don't worry I've watched it multiple times too!
I think I'd like Charlie to be better, maybe because he seems to have the passion for it, whereas sometimes Cooper seems to only do it because he's good at it, he just doesn't have the same enthusiasm when he's dancing sometimes. Sort of similar to the situation where Maureen says "You didn't have the feet... I don't have the heart." to her mother.

Do, or do not. There is no try. - Yoda
Yeah, doesn't Cooper just come across like "I'm great. You KNOW I'm great. Everyone KNOWS I am great. I am the best dancer in the ENTIRE world"?But I agree that he doesn't seem as passionate as Charlie. I think because he is good, that is why he has that attitude about him in there. Isn't it terrible to be able to quote that movie?
This movie is almost as addictive as "Dirty Dancing".
