You are my friend,
I may not know you,
I may not see you,
Or hear you

But you are my friend

We only talk,
On the computer,
But we talk,
You are my friend.

My friend,
I understand,
What you want to do,
And partly why.

I know,
Your deepest secret,
And I feel,
Horrible,
For what you've went through
You are my friend

And I,
Beg of you,
Please don't,
Don;t do it to yourself.

I may not know you,
But I know you

I know,
You are my friend,
That's all
I have to know,
To say this.

You know what I mean,
Please don't leave,
Please be strong..

Please,
Be my friend

I'm scared she'll leave,
I'm scared she'll die,
I'm scared i'll cry,
I'm scared.

Tell her no,
Show her you care,
Show yourself you care,
Be a friend.

If you dont care,
Then just leave,
Because you cant help,
I'm scared.

Stand up,
For yourself,
And friends,
Be strong,
Be nice,
Be here,
Be there,
Be a friend.

Stay here,
Dont even think,
What I know you are,
Because your my friend,
And I'm scared.

Four friends stand,

Changing

Music is powerful,
My days are full
Boredom is less,
I feel blessed

Things are changing,
I am hanging
Hanging in the air,
Of uncertainty
And confusion

Soon I'll be a year older,
And a grade higher

People are coming,
People are going

I am learning,
And slowly understanding
What it takes,
To be here,
To be strong,
To be there,
To live long

Things are changing,

I will be there,
And here
I will be strong,
and live long

But I'll be the same

And these are simple and nice, though i thought they could do better with some more depth and difference. But often when i write anything to my friends i dont care about the qualitative value of what i'm saying so...

i will, i just dont know how to get better other then practice and reading other poems, which i am trying to do.
i'm glad you like them, i am trying to get better and i think i am getting better about what topic i chose and how i decide to talk about it and stuff, but i still am not quite happy with them..

thanks --she's doing alot better, she said she didnt know i cared that much and that she was really going to try to stay here for me i'm soo excited for that

i knew something was wrong/missing with my poems but i didnt know what. i like writing poems and i'm going to continue, so thanks for the little bit of advice i'll try to get them deeper in feelings

Amazing

I'm beggining
To love this word
When I read it,
My heart flutters
I feel
For that slight moment,
Cared for
And my thoughts,
Are less cluttered

I'm really liking this guy...
He seems to understand
And care,
He seems so sweet,
Kind and smart

And what he says to me..
I read it and,
My heart smiles,
Even for that slight moment,
I read what he says,
And I melt

When you step outside,
And the bright sun hits you
For that slight moment,
You seem to feel that warmth
On the inside, you feel it
For that moment,
Then its gone

When I read those few words
From him...
Its like the sun
Hitting me, but
Longer then just a moment
Or two

And when he says it hurts him,
To know how I feel inside,
I just want him to stop hurting
For me, I want him to be happy

I want to discover who I am,
Maybe I will with his care,
In his words...
