Best start with performance texts on Othello. They show how to play the characters, explain in each scene who is doing what, who is talking within hearing of who.

Well, you could say how Othello "sees" something and thinks he knows its true, becasue u know when he "sees" the handkerchief in Bianca's hand, he thinks that Cassio is having an affair with desdemona, so although Othello saw this, it doesn't nesseasiry mean its true. the point being that although you "see" something you do not "know" its true. therefore you cannot treat "seeing and knowing" as one thing that is tied togehter, they are seperate!!

you can also say what the audience know. they know Iago's evil plans and evil personality ( see his solioqies)

You can say how Othello's dark skin is related to the devil. the other characters "see" othello's colour and "know" he's a devil. and vise versa: the other characters "see" Iago's white skin and "know" he's a good man.

well thats all i came up with, let me know if this helps

Personally i would focus on Iago deceptions and how every charter see one thing yet the audience knows the truth also dont forget Othello is isolated and much of what we know about him is seen through other charters rater than Othello himself.
