Thank you for the compliment also. Actually, I have a very acute memory and remember almost every conversation I've had with people. I don't know what the film was, but it was a woman training to be a Navy Seal..

The Pam is knowledgable about D.H. Lawrence, but has she heard of Malamud? What about Thomas Mann?

The PAM has a remarkable memory, indeed! It's enviable, that's for sure.
A bit that I wrote: Vanilla Ice Cream. Comments and critique welcomed! :-)

PAM is fading away on my computar as my screen is going darker... now lighter.... now darker.... but they are not fading in my hearts.
    Pitiful creatur of darkness,
What kind of world have you known?
God give me courage to guide me,
    You are not alone.

PAM has an awesome signature. Especially the last part
If it's worth complaining about, it's completely worth doing yourself!

    Haha! Yes it is!

Pam seems to have the imperative of being fair to people, which is a great quality.

PAM is so wise for his age.

PAM is very inquisitive. PAM, I did not mean to ignore your comments and questions. I just have not been in here lately.

Thank you for the compliment also. Actually, I have a very acute memory and remember almost every conversation I've had with people. I don't know what the film was, but it was a woman training to be a Navy Seal..
Was it GI Jane? I honestly never saw the film, so I am not sure. Or it could be the film called "The General's Daughter" - both went through basic training.

The Pam is knowledgable about D.H. Lawrence, but has she heard of Malamud? What about Thomas Mann?
Thanks, yes, quite knowledgable of L by now...just put my mind to reading a lot about him; been fascinated with his writings, life and personality for many reasons and years now; but I hardly agree with all his philosophies....he's just a fascination of mine, personally. In fact, the more I find out about him the more I need to know. I guess one could label that an obsession.
I am not familiar at all with Malamud, but Mann I recall somewhat from college days. I fain ignorance basically, of their works or ideas. I will check them out online or on this site. Thanks for the suggestion.

PAM is apologizing! That's really nice. Not many people apologize anymore...

Hi, well thank you Janine, but I haven't noticed that you've ignored my comments-- so I am in turn ignoring you! This wasn't my intention-- and I don't me to be a complainer...but a lot of people have an annoying habit of completely ignoring the post or two above theirs.

The pam (Anza) is a really good kid with good tastes and discriminations.
