    I'll have it plain myself.

I love it in my tea and it's great for your hair. But American honey tastes weird when I went back to home I drank a full rum bottle of it!

I was very interested in all your comments on hair. When I was in middle school I was a cheerleader and we all had to have extremely long, no frizz, shiney hair, which meant washing it and creaming it each night and doing whatever each one of us had to do to get the sleek look. One of my friends had perfect and I mean perfect straight hair, not a frizzy hair in sight. It was about down to her waist and she needed a trim to get it all the same length and trusted no one. She asked me to do it and I was terrified. But I did it and she was so happy with the results she told everyone. In no time I was cutting hair. And as I had mostly cut my own or cut and styled it just by looking at a magazine picture I liked that was the next thing that I ended up doing , first for girls, and then for girls and guys. I would come home after an incredibly long day of work(research for legal and other) and there would be guys or girls, but mostly guys sitting on the step waiting for me to cut their hair for a prom or whatever. So I got rather interested in hair itself and studied all I could find on the subject and then I began making my own preparations to achieve that 'perfect' for me anyway look. The actual thought of going into hairdressing is a yawn for me, but still I like trying different things out.
I don't really care much for layered looks except if it is on the fringe (bangs) and they are quite long. The reason is that each hair shaft is like a mirror, if all the mirrors are the same length there is a radiance and gloss that is lost through layering. That to me is like smashing a mirror. You get little glints but nothing more. , So long or short I tend to keep it one length with perhaps a tiny variation like bangs for a change. I went from having absolutely straight hair u ntil about twenty and now it waves but is still soft like a child's. And thick, very thick. So it is work.

Well, I was doing laundry one day and found a drivers license and gave it to my daughter who put it in her purse because we just glanced at the photo and thought it was hers. My son couldn't find his licenses and was going to go get a replacement when my daughter cleaned out her purse and realized that she was carrying his licenses as well as hers. They look so much alike I didn't notice it and she didn't either. He has kept his hair very short from that time on.
    Good story!

That is basically why I like to have longer hair. It can get in the way sometimes, but, for me, it is actually a lot more managable. Not only that, when I am in doubt, I can always just tie it back into a ponytail or braid it.

My mum has super straight hair and envies me so much. Well I do have enviable hair.
I used to have enviable hair! I haven't the vaguest idea why it seems so dead and flat now. I think it is the shampoo I have been using. I used to use a generic kind that I absolutely loved (but I can't find it anywhere anymore ). This name brand stuff is a killer for me!

even worse, my mum did the dreaded chop-everything-off-and-leave-only1/2-or 1-inch-of-hair cut (not even a crew-cut). she cut my ears a lot, too and even though there was blood dripping from them she'd tell me "bah, it's nothing, shut up!"

    hey girls,
my hubby (boy friend) is getting skinnier and skinnier. he's 1.93 metres (6' 4" ?) tall. last year he weighed 74 kg (163 lb???), now he weighs only 70 kg (154 lb???).
maybe it's because he used to eat meat regularly, but now he's 80% veggie? but I gained a lot of weight when I became a veggie, so I don't think it's because of that?

do you know any food that is healthy but will make him gain weight at the same time? i don't mean french fries or the infamous banana+ice cream shake...
does soy/ tofu make you put on weight?

This has been bugging me for a while, how in the world can I get my pants to not wrinkle????? I am tired of ironing!!!! Even some tops. I've tried hanging stuff up straight from the washing machine, putting in the dryer for just a few minutes, putting in the dryer for a little longer then a few minutes, and putting in the dryer for less then a few minutes...nothing seems to work, I'm always ironing.
