I finished this book in about 6 hours, i could not put it down! i started reading it on the bus home from school and other than a few hours i had to do homework and eat, i didn't stop reading until i finished it, which was at 1 in the morning!
It took me 1 week the first time (I was reading it out-loud to my sister and had to wait to read until we both had a chance) and the 2nd time it took me 5 days. I love that book!!!
2 weeks...between work and everything else. i hated having to stop though.
It took me about a day, it was soooo good, i could NOT put it down!
To be conscious that you are ignorant is a great step to knowledge.

If it's worth complaining about, it's completely worth doing yourself!
I first read it a number of years ago. I think it took me about a week or so. I have read it a couple of times since then. It takes me longer to read it now. I don't know why, but when I re-read something, it takes me longer the second time around than the first time. Maybe because I know the ending and I don't have this great need to rush through the story to see how it ends.![]()
Why are you scared of him?
It took me half an hour, I think. I'm quite a fast reader!
A writer is never uninspired. They're just too lazy to sit down and write.--Artoveli (edited accordingly)
Do you hear the people sing?
"I don't have much call for handkerchiefs, my dear...there are certain advantages, you see, in being without a nose." ~Erik
I doubt it. You didn't read it in that time. Perhaps you might have skimmed it, but surely you didn't finish it that fast. My edition has ~270 pages. That's 9 pages a minute, exactly. That's a page every 6.66... seconds. There is no way you read all of that and comprehended it.

The first time, I don't remember. The past few times, 2 or 3 weeks, because I've been reading it out loud.
