Ethel Mertz: Gee, this high altitude sure gives me an appetite.
Fred Mertz: What's your excuse at sea level?
Fred Mertz: Now what are we supposed to do? Thumb a ride on a passing halibut?
Ricky Ricardo: I can't afford it.
Lucy Ricardo: Those must have been the first English words you learned.
Mine is a picture of Johnny Winter, and the signature is a photo taken from Sacrifice, and the lyrics to two different songs, and a link to "Rain" by the Beatles.

I've added a new line to my sig. it's Norwegian (from wiki) and says something like: The fur of the sloth is a little bit special, because there live many insects in it, like for example bugs (all kinds of flying insects) or moths.
Not sure my translation is 100% correct.
I this one found it for Baki during muppet week but she didn't use it so I thought I'd give The Pig a shot....Aunt Esther might be more fitting.... or maybe back to my tried and true Snoopy.
Do, or do not. There is no try. - Yoda
Are sloths from Norway?
I stumbled upon this thread a little late.
My pic is me at the tea room with my harp. My sig apparently disappeared after I left for a bit, but I got it with the thorns, eths and ashes this time. It's the first 11 lines of Beowulf in Old English. Sigs can only be 7 lines long now, hence the format.

I changed my signature from the Don Quixote quote and picture to The Aeneid quote and picture. Done with the old read. Started new read.

My literature blog: http://ashesfromburntroses.blogspot.com/
Changed my avatar. From the young smiley me to this more emo and mature person singing (or rather, reflecting) next to a window.
It's the second time I've changed my blog name. I shall shift from Teenage Emocentrity to... heaven knows what I'm talking about or what I was thinking when I decided to title it that way.Anyways, tell me which one you appreciate best. I'm still a bit confused.
Wish hard enough, I could turn it to what I like.

Some of us laugh
Some of us cry
Some of us smoke
Some of us lie
But it's all just the way
that we cope with our lives...
A change of signiture...
We have a quote from the fantasti Forrest Gump
And a still for Atonement.
Weird combination huh?
"Then I feel, Harry, that I have given away my whole soul to someone who treats it as if it were a flower to put in his coat, a bit of decoration to charm his vanity, an ornament for a summer's day"
Oscar Wilde [The Picture of Dorian Gray]
Miss me?
Firefly fans, within the month you will see a new avatar that had me in a mouth-foaming frenzy when I put the costume together. Remind me.

Nice to see you, Robin, after what-appears-to-be a long absence! So how many evil people have you shot with that arrows of yours all that time?
Well, I was thinking of including something in my signature very much, but now have changed my mind.
I sang of leaves, of leaves of gold, and leaves of gold there grew.
