What's your hobby???

I collect books and movies.
Cooking, love experimenting.
Planning travel destinations .
Writing travel journals.
Hmm, all I can come up with....
Ah, I've been reminded of some by others,
I am trying to learn as many languages as possible (I speak fluent english, almost fluent french, and basic italian, german and spanish.) Of course I plan to learn as many as I can as well as I can.
I play chess and study matches very thouroughly.
And finally, I play hockey, baseball and rugby at every available opportunity.

I enjoy reading anything and everything.
I enjoy participating in sports (track, hockey, soccer).
I collect books, classical music CDs, and Games Workshop models (which I paint).
I enjoy playing tabletop wargames (ie. Warhammer) with the aforementioned models.
I enjoy teaching myself new languages (I'm working on improving my french).
Last but not least, I enjoy the time I spend on LitNet .

Well, this is a new-found hobby of mine. Apart from my studies in French (which I study both at school and home) I can ramble off a few German phrases, and I'm currently trying to master the Russian alphabet---a very time absorbing task if you're trying to teach yourself. I own severel books which I use to study from and I own a Russian audio course. I'm somewhat relieved that my school is hosting a German foreign exchange student so I can perhaps accumulate a working knowledge of the German language with more ease.

Well thats fantastic. Having someone who speaks the language and being immersed is definitely the best way to learn a language, not only do you learn the structure of it but you learn how a native speaker actually speaks so you don't sound like a textbook. I found I learnt more Italian in 2 weeks over there than 3 months studying a book on my own.
