are ears different from the rest of your skin? I'm not just talking inner
"major-wax-producer" ear. I'm talking about the exterior ear. Is it different from the regular epidermis (i.e. the one that covers say your arms and legs). Are the outer ears different somehow and do they secrete wax as well?

Well, i'm not well versed in the subject but by simple touch they do feel the same. However the skin of your ear seems to bleed less when cut than the skin of your arm. Also, ears are a bit softer and more delicate (they burn with the sun). I think ear wax only comes from the inside ear.

(Pretty much all I remenber for the hospital, i might be wrong as heck and why do you actually need to know this?)

Because they're interesting and some even have money. It's like, why women like "bad boys". They're cooler than the average joe (even if they look weird) and they can buy them stuff you can't.

Because it's hard to treat and misunderstood. People suffer too much because of it and others believe it's contagious instead of genetic.

Baki! I have a question for you. *clears throat* Why do most celebrities are depressed? I mean, they could have whatever they want, but still they are depressed about their life.

Really, can they? Can Julia Roberts get the days of her youth back? Can Britney Spears, despite of her fame, get intelligent enough not to sing songs the way she does now?
I sang of leaves, of leaves of gold, and leaves of gold there grew.

Like Pensive said. They may look happy but they're not. They can't go back on time or be eternally beautiful. Most celebrities are appreciated for their beauty or voice and when they get old we forget about them.

Nobody can have what they want, even if you're rich.

Can you heal your sick child? Can you find God and Nirvana? Can you stay forever 19? Nope.

Are hackneys called hackneys because they originated in Hackney?

If researchers are correct, evolution has prompted the human male to choose for his mate a human female who
fits a certain standard of beauty ( the standard of which the researchers have also discovered varies very little across cultures and centuries.)
If that is the case -- if males have mated with beautiful women for millennia , why is the world filled with so many unattractive people?
