I found a poem in a medieval times poetry anthology, and did a major assignment on it (got 99%!!!) but I have absolutely no clue who wrote it! The poem is titled The Land of Cockaigne, and it is 190 lines long, and starts with:
Far out in the ocean west of Spain
There is a land that's called Cockaigne.
If you have any idea who the poet is, tell me please! And if you want the entire poem, I have typed it all out, and can send it to you.
As far as I know it's anonymous.

i went to www.questiaonlinelibrary.com and typed in the land of cockaigne, found some different authors who could've wrote it, but to look in to it you have to set up an account so if you don't mind doing so check it out.
