My understanding of Elvish is very rudimentary but none of the guides I've read would really explain that. There is often that marking when the 'e' is at the end of the word and that is just to signify that the 'e' should be pronounced, it's not mean to be silent but that's not applicable in your name and the other instance where you see that symbol is when there are two vowels and then it means that both vowel sounds are supposed to be pronouced, seperately...but then again, that's not applicable either. I do know someone that could answer that question if you're really, seriously interested but it may just be a case of randomly placed dots.Originally Posted by Chava
