    friction caused heat
    uncaring words burnt red hot
    burnt out eyes averse

    burnt out eyes averse
    to chills of empty snowfields
    fill space with fire.
    and somehow a dog
has taken itself & its tail considerably away
into the mountains or sea or sky, leaving
    behind: me, wag.

To Symphony: I'm kind of put-off by the Haiku short format and don't feel very confident about writing them but your last bit was the best one I've noticed in some time. Just an opinion. quasi

    Exclamation

    I see what I want.
    What others want to picture
    Is their own business...
    Some of us laugh
    Some of us cry
    Some of us smoke
    Some of us lie
But it's all just the way
that we cope with our lives...

    Thanks quasi!

    Is their own business
    the cause of such buzziness
    that throws apart dreams?

    Hiding from the fox
    The small grey hair witnesses
    His brother chased down

For this relief much thanks: 'tis bitter cold,
And I am sick at heart.

    His brother chased down
the bully, and whipped him good!
    He cried like a girl.
