    A sandwich. Wheat bread, Lettuce, Deep-fried bacon, melted cheddar cheese, and some sort of bacon-ranch dressing.

    Kilted, that brekkie looks divine (aside from the meatballs). Your recipe for potatoes is worthy of a try, methinks!

    Presently I am eating fresh tomato slices atop rye toast, with a thick slab of marble cheese on top of this, melted in the microwave and then blasted with cracked black pepper. This is not only good, it is to DIE for, ha-ha!

    Not eating now, but did have a half of a tuna sandwich on spelt bread, with veggie chips from Trader Joe's, and green tea....Oh yeah, and the chips fell onto my keyboard. I am bad. I am REAL BAD!
