The smile is a big one, yes. I find it irresistable when a woman touches my arm when she's talking to me. Dangling earrings also work for me. I also like it when women enjoy their femininity - when they appear to really like being a girl and enjoying "girly" things (careful! tread lightly... where are the radical feminists hiding?).

Well seeing as we are already discussing it:

    SEXY

    Belly buttons
    Glasses
    Pierced Eyebrow
Tattoo (singular, too many tattoos stop being sexy)
    Corsets

    NOT SEXY
    Smoking
    Nose studs
    Overabundance of tattoos
    Too much makeup
    Thongs showing outside of jeans
There once was a scotsman named Drew
Who put too much wine in his stew
    He felt a bit drunk
    And fell off his bunk
And landed smack into his shoe

They are not hiding anymore; i heard all of them had surgery and changed their gender. We don't have to worry about them anymore, because they are man as much as we do.

I understand you like when a woman touch your arm, but i don't like it personally. Actually hmmm... That's weird too. That never happened to me. No girls touch my arms; actually nobody touches my arms while talking.

    I so like this thread

Red, what you said about women enjoying their femininity - when they appear to really like being a girl and enjoying "girly" things ...... is so sweet and it's a shame most of us sometimes forget or avoid for some reason being feminine.....

i like it when a girl can talk intelligently(not just a long ramble) for a long time, i also don't like girls that are hot and know so they flaunt it. my perfect girl would be laid back, quiet, subtle, and compassionate

Excellent!! Yes. "Enjoying their femininity" or put another way confident in their womanhood. I'm not sure I would agree about the touching though. I think that transforms the conversation, at least in my mind. I think the suggestion would be so sexual that I would be paralyzed.

I think (and this is very much my opinion, though I've heard other writers voice it as well) that men become more masculine in the presence of a "feminine" woman. Some of the comments I made in the "Will feminism replace patriarchy?" thread were meant in this vein - that women who like being women - who like pretty, lacy things - who like things like nail polish and earrings and such - are very, very attractive (and this has little if anything to do with their actual looks - it has to do with their joy at being a girl). I think many women are disappointed in how men act these days - but I wonder if part of our "wimpiness" isn't due to the fact that many women attempt to be "masculine" (i.e. "I don't need a man - I'm self-sufficient") when, in reality, the woman who "needs" a man is very, very attractive to a man - it brings out our protective "white knight" nature. Anyway... thank you.

Well, I mean when the touching is clearly how this person relates to all people - male or female - and it's fairly obvious that it's not meant in a sexual way. It just really works for me - like it says "I like physical contact" - and sexual or not, that's always sexy in a woman

Oh I'm sure that is how she means it, but my imagination would run wild.

Well, yeah - hence the "sexiness" of the gesture

I definitely prefer this thread to the girls one at the moment. The girls are talking about manly shoes and whatnot. Ahaha. I definitely don't appreciate the too TOO practical views of some women. Where's the "just go with the flow" people?! And geez, if something, like a car, is ever so pretty, why not?

Good points Brigitte. I checked the girls thread and they were talking about how to paint their toe nails. I don't mind if you join in our conversation. The girls over there get into a hissy fit if any of the guys barge in.

Why on earth would we allow the reasonably stimulating conversation about what makes women sexy descend into a discussion about your feet?? Yikes.
