    I don't understand...

I'm trying to write an essay on Dracula, and we have to analyze different passages of the book... I chose, for one of them, Mina's recollection of the echange of blood between her and Dracula... And as I was going through it, I came to one part that makes no sense to me... What does Dracula mean by,

"And you, their best beloved one, are now to me... my bountiful wine-press for a while."

What does he mean by "bountiful wine-press"??

I think Stoker is drawing an analogy between blood and wine. Dracula desires Mina, he wants to savor her...the drinking of blood is a sensual process for him.

I think it means that he could slowly drink from her, let her body create more blood, then drink again. Think of Mina as a keg of life that is never empty.
