Peach blossom, delish! Always so considerate kiz
Sounds like the perfect thing to sip on during my study break.
I declare after all there is no enjoyment like reading! How much sooner one tires of anything than of a book! When I have a house of my own, I shall be miserable if I have not an excellent library.

Hi everyone. How's it going? I brought some biscotti to go with the coffee.

O dear. Got the ould credit card bill today. Is there anything stronger than tea and regular coffee? Maybe an Irish or a calipso?

Hey, maybe we can help you out some, dear Niamh!

**Reaches into the 'mad money' jar reserved for just these moments**

**Tops Niamh's coffee off with something, er, a little stronger, shall we say...?**

And many thanks to you, Weisinheimer, for that lovely batch of biscotti!

    **wipes crumbs off mouth**

Ick, credit card bills. I don't play you for wanting something stronger with that, Niamh. That reminds me, I have to send out mine too....bleah.

Credit cards are an evil invention. I wish i had never gotten one. Life was less stressful before i had to worry about paying a credit card.

It is part of an evil plot. You spend ... so you need to work ... so you can spend .... and then need to work some more ... so that you can spend .... and work it off and.....

Woo, time for some of what ails Niamh!

    Scissors, anyone?

yes, credit cards are bad. it's such a bunch of crap. I had one, and I swear, they monitored my account just looking for any little reason to increase the interest rate. Once I had to change banks, and since I paid my bill online, I had to update my bank information on the internet. When I went through the process of changing the bank information, I got a message back stating that the update could take several days to process.
In the meantime, my bill was due. So I called customer service and explained my situation over a week before the stupid thing was due, and expressed concern that I might get charged a late fee and that my credit score would be damaged. The CSR was rude and said that she couldn't help me and she didn't know why I was calling (well, because I don't want to pay any more interest and because the late fees are so expensive). So they don't get my business anymore. And for a while, I carried a balance, and they made interest money on it, but they're not getting it anymore because they are greedy pigs. So there.
