I have been enjoying reading at the Literature, and I receive and enjoy the Sonnet-A-Day newsletters. A while back, one day, I began creating responses in a notepad on my desktop, to each Sonnet. I use the Sonnet meter, and sometimes my response is comment, sometimes continnuum, sometimes reply, sometimes a retort, and sometimes rebuttal, since he does plead his case.
Fun, and easy exercise for language and thought.
I wondered if anyone else does this, and if I should share the responses here.
