Yes, it would be so great to see your pets, kathy!

And why, oh why, would Opti want to
    clear this room
    unless ....

Now, since we are sharing cute kitty pix, I would like to share with you girls a nice photo that I found, sooooo sweet:

And since I am indulging in possibly the best pot of java I have made yet, please join me in a mug! **passes coffeepot around**

**Kiz_paws is rather pleased that the dishes always are self-washing in this cool little hidey-place of the girls**

Well, ok. Let it not be said I missed an opportunity to parade pics of my kids, er... pets around. I know I have posted these before, but here we go.

Clicking on the small picture will expand it:

Dillon. Do you ladies know how expensive it is to insure a dog? They insist on measuring his age in people years, not dog years and consider him a "teenage driver".

We dont have any pets at home. We use to have a goldfish for a few years but he died and we had an Albino Budge for a few years. My dad and myself rescued him from a vicious magpie. But Alas Snowy perished a few days after my Grandma died.

YAY KIZ and NIAMH!! I'm glad there are others who share my affection for Tim Hortons!! (I'll have a large Café Mocha and a chocolate croissant please!!)

Love your cats, Kathy. Here are mine, and my horse as well.

    Boots

    Snowy

    Tobasco

    Ooh sorry their so dark.
I'm weary with right-angles, abbreviated daylight,
Waiting for a winter to be done.
Why do I still see you in every mirrored window,
In all that I could never overcome?

Thanks, girls for sharing those delightful pix of your beloved pets (I so love animals!!). I did have to smile for that dog in the driver's seat, lol!

Below is a photo of the day that I thought that Pepper would look dashing in a baby bonnet, lol. I am still amazed that she allowed me the time to do this. Note that the mat she is standing on is her kitchen mat. HER mat. When she is in the kitchen, instead of being underfoot (which dogs have a tendency to be when one is preparing food), we have trained her to remain on her mat. Not without a price, mind you, lol. I have to give her an occasional carrot coin to reward the 'good girl on the matty' as I say to her.

Sorry, I am rambling -- here is the photo:

Very nice pics. The kitties are so sweet looking and Tobasco is gorgeous. When I was little I lived on a farm, and my sister had an Appaloosa. I think horses are wonderful, but I confess I still harbor a fear of them.

Pepper of course is extremely cute, and very fetching in her bonnet. She reminds me of a little guy I had called Nicky.

Well, I should call it a night, feeling kind of tired and like I am coming down with something. G'night.

Er, he should be able to count to at least 20! (if he counted on fingers and toes...we won't discuss any other body parts). Ok, just being silly. I am sure a boyfriend could count as a pet, if we define pet as "warm and friendly life form that will sit on your lap".
