Yes, and instead of slaving over dishes, we could be making plans to tease certain individuals **nudge nudge**

Well, Opti has a fun way of word-warring with her neighbor, for one....

And ASA is definately a witty opponent, we could have some fun, no?

Oh how was your trip Niam? Id love some of that shortbread! Mmmm
I declare after all there is no enjoyment like reading! How much sooner one tires of anything than of a book! When I have a house of my own, I shall be miserable if I have not an excellent library.

If you are feeling like you need to eat lots, try to eat things that do not add up in calories, that always works. Maybe start off with a good breakfast, which power starts the day, then eat several small meals (instead of having three 'square meals' -- which is how it was done in the past). Put lots of vegetables in the diet, and water, too. You won't get fat, I promise!
Wait wait... which person with an insane craving for food would choose healthy food and veggies? Of course all I want is chocolate and yummy things... vegetables are not satisfying in that sense!
Thankfully water is my favourite drink ever and the supermarket had ran out of the juice I wanted...

Yah, I hear what you are saying ... but I came up with a delicious way to enjoy 'healthy food and veggies' -- it is all in how you cook it, je suppose. For example, you could stir-fry the veggies and then wrap 'em up in a nice pita (or whatever 'pancake' thing you want to use to wrap them up in). These are surprizingly tastey I found ... and weight watchers actually does have some nice desserts to chose from, to conquer a sweet tooth.

I don't pump out advice mindlessly, though, I have to tell you -- I once weighed a lot more than I do right now (and I still have to battle weight), and I have such a penchant for cheese and chocolate, but anyhow, hope you don't mind how I have gone on here .. this is girl talk, afterall, and I think that all us girls worry about our weight at one time or another....

Sure I don't mind, and well I have stopped worrying seriously about weight becuase it just sucks to, they either accept me as I am or f off but at the same time these days made me worry about becoming seriously too fat in an u healthy way (I'm just a chubby girl so far). And yeah true veggie can b yummy that way but then it means you actually have to prepare it and be at home etc... and I usually buy veggies only on the day when I'm sure I'm going to eat them because I could easily buy them and then not use them for the next days and then they get too old... well some of them, or just eat a bit of them and the rest will be forgotten... hard to have the good doses when you live alone eheheh.
Ok from tomorrow I'll try to stop this thing and eat more regularly (especially after today's excesses, right Nighty? ), just if I am at uni I just buy random food (i try to bring my own but it's not always possible or sometimes i'ts not enough on a long day) and if I'm hungry I just can't study... :S

Good that you stay away from Nescafe products.

Here is a pic of my favorite coffee:

If you cannot get this brandname of coffee (my deepest sympathies, as this is the Cat's Miaow for sure!), then purchasing whole bean coffee and grinding it yourself will definately give you a to-die-for cup of brew each and every time.

Apparently a hand-turned coffee grinder is the best, but these are difficult to find, and I believe antiques (they only make electric ones now), so that means very expensive. My electric grinder serves my purposes, and I make pretty darn good brew, I do have to say...

**slurps coffee from a huge mug**

    Happy coffee-ing, girls!

    What about tea?

I take coffee mostly when I am outside, but when home, I take tea
