I am currently reading the book in french. It is hard to understand because it was written over 100 years ago and the language has changed alot. Luckly, this site can help me (because the chapters are in english) whenever i have a problem

I don't know if you're still about, Cameron, but I'm reading the book in French too! I hope we can discuss it sometime! I've just finished chapter one, and am so far surprised at the blatant irony. Jules Verne, funny? Maybe I'm just laughing because I actually understand the jokes..
