    Microwaveable chicken fried rice (not been having over much success making stuff without injuring myself recently - burning arm on oven element, stabbing finger with knife etc - this is safe)

    eating Melon and orange yogart with a meringue nest drinking tropical fruit juice. (also eatin a lot of pancakes!) Got in some tastey healthy food. Am going off chocolate, crisps, sweets and sponge cakes for lent tomorrow.
