    Logos, Kheer is a sweet dish. Its made from rice and milk. You need put all the ingredients rice, milk and sugar, and boil (I am not sure of the right word), do it until it becomes thick, as in custard type (not watery and not jelly like), in the end you can garnish it with dry fruits.

    It looks like this:

    It is It is a very popular dessert. I am not so fond of it (coz its sweet), and some people are surprised as to how come I dont like Kheer..hehehe...

    Ah ok! now I know what she means, we call it rice pudding but it seems that pretty much everyone on the planet has some version of it.

    nothing at the moment...had some cucumber juice and mint leaves to chew on a few hours though Good study foods I s'pose....

    Yes it is, but I think mildly. If it gets very sour then maybe, atleast that is what people say 'Its become sour' they might be referring to the how sour it has become....
