Yes, should be great as you felt it wonderful. I wonder does the ballet omit too, like the film, the opening chapter about Armand visiting his deceased love, her body...

There is no polite way
of being happy
the camellias
heady with lustrous fragrance
remind me of home…
Some of us laugh
Some of us cry
Some of us smoke
Some of us lie
But it's all just the way
that we cope with our lives...
remind me of home -
speak of apple pies cooling,
children playing tag
children playing tag
with the dog over my bed
at 7 A.M
"Don't matter who they are, anybody sets foot in this house, they are company and don't let me catch you remarking on their ways like you were so high and mighty."
at seven AM
day begins with warm croissants,
may it end as well
may it end as well
oftimes i forget to breathe,
chest poised in mid-flight
shh!!!
the air and water have been here a long time, and they are telling stories.
chest poised in mid-flight,
air stirring each fragile hair...
for a moment, peace
Actually, the ballet starts like a story in pantamine. The lover is coming to the sale of her worldly possessions; an auction in one stark room. He then dreams back (flash backs) to the past. It was a wonderful production with some of the best dancing I have ever seem - very sensual and passionate. The young male lover is so handsome it is worth watching the film just to see him. Apparently the film is hard to come by and sells on Amazon for over 200 dollars for a used tape...unreal! Now I want to read the book so badly. I understand the film "Moulin Rouge" also was based on the Dumas' book, I had not known that. Read it online.
I better write a Haiku -
For a moment, peace
Dancers pause between notes;
Air fragrantly spiced.
"It's so mysterious, the land of tears."
Chapter 7, The Little Prince ~ Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Air fragrantly spiced
will drip wind like melting ice,
sweet like mountain streams.
and somehow a dog
has taken itself & its tail considerably away
into the mountains or sea or sky, leaving
behind: me, wag.
- John Berryman
Sweet like mountain streams,
Mist of lusty lilic breath,
Vales of spring rain cloud.
"It's so mysterious, the land of tears."
Chapter 7, The Little Prince ~ Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
Vales of spring rain cloud:
all in preparation for
ktd22...?
ktd22—
still no atvar graces your post—
are you real or ghost?
Some of us laugh
Some of us cry
Some of us smoke
Some of us lie
But it's all just the way

Are you real or ghost;
Phantom or dust particles;
Breathing vapors lost?
"It's so mysterious, the land of tears."
Chapter 7, The Little Prince ~ Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
breathing vapors lost
shrouded by wizards' unknown
words they heal, they kill.

the air and water have been here a long time, and they are telling stories.
words they heal they kill
frangipani faeries in
petals nesting sweet
petals nesting sweet
while the orchid master waits
in black rage to strike
*thought a faerie here would be a likely target for an orchid masterhttp://www.yoyita.com/Flowers/pansie-03.jpg
