Hello everyone. I'm from the DC area although currently in school elsewhere. I study biochemistry for the sake of practicality and enjoy it however my passion is literature.
My favorite authors are Charlotte Bronte, Alexander Dumas, Jane Austen, Fyodor Dostoevsky, Louisa May Alcott and the list goes on. I love to read and write, I play trombone and piano, I knit and I'm learning Irish Dance.
I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you.

    Red face Hello Everyone

I am Julie, I live in a small country town in NSW, Australia... and I love it.... I am a proud mother of two, my little man is 8 (ok not so little) and my little girl is 2....

I enjoy reading, writting, listening to others point of views, talking and playing touch football.

I am currently studing at home, preparing to go back into the workforce either next year or the year after.... I want to be an Account.

Thats all I can think of right now, I think you will all learn more about me as we talk more..

    Julie

Hello Julie! I like touch football, too. Yay neighbors to play with. I think you'll like it around here. Everybody's cool, and when I say everybody, I mean all of 'em. Have fun, and welcome.

Hey, I am an almost 18 year old who is in a constant battle of childhood vs. youth vs. the approaching adulthood. In a sense I am all three, you'll catch me coming back from a party and turning on chipndales rescue rangers followed by a biography of JFK. An odd combination but its fun. I'll be attending university this fall (u of t likely) majoring in something science related (not confident enough to declare yet). That's all I'll say for now. I can't disclose any more personal information as if my friends found out that I am on here um, well, lets just say they are typical literature-hating teenagers.

All right a quick introduction to myself. My name is Jose and this is my first time using this website. I joined in order to be able to get some insightful views on certain poems written by Lord byron. It seems that the people registered here are extremely friendly. To tell the truth I am not that much of a poetry fanatic partially because i have some trouble understanding it but then again perhaps no personal translation can be wrong. Well, thanks for reading and I hope somebody or anybody at all feels free to reply!

    Hi, I'm new here!

I found this forum while searching for Icelandic poetry. I am a secondary school science teacher but have always loved reading novels and poetry. I live in England and am getting married in Iceland later this year (hence the poetry search).

I don't know what else to tell you!
