In my heart of hearts I pray you're not a military 'brat' as they term them. It would account for your knowledge of other countries/cultures that seem more then just garnered from reading. (My adversion to the 'brats' is because THEIR misconduct can and is taken out on the military sponsor. One young man decided North Dakota didn't need another tree, chopped it down and that poor sergeant got booted out of base housing--and no it wasn't me.

Tsk tsk. George Washington wannabe... And no, I'm not a military brat...not even the son of a diplomat, really.

Just for kicks, I'm going to have to start a "Guess Robin's Gender" thread one of these days.

Not going to reveal yet, but here's a BIG clue:

There's a joke that goes like this -

    "What's the capital of Ohio?"
    "The 'O'."

Good joke on Ohio but I just live here in Ohio--really just a stuck up New Yorker at heart (Rochester by birth, nearby Spencerport considered the 'main' hometown that counts--Mom and Dad kept relocating ever 5-6 years and played havoc on my school years,

I can't take out of my head the idea that rob is a Brit anyway.... even though clues don't point that way...

    second choice would be Australia.

    Hmmm a South American-born Aussie?

    South Africa?

    Argentina?
(the clue was the capital starts with A. But then he said O is the capital of Ohio so the state must start with A)

Didn't need another tree?! We have so precious few, we don't need anyone cutting down one of the 10 in the entire state.

Ok, Robin. You say there is a reason you speak Spanish...What if the capitol was abbreviated EU? As in Los Estados Unidos????

Or maybe you are from the lost continent of Atlantis?! Is...is that the secret? Please tell!

Heeheehee, no, Nightshade, I'm a male, indeed, but wouldn't it be a kick in the pants if I'd been faking all this time?

    Doo-deedoo...this is fun.

Then we must get to page 7!

Are you sure you are not living under the sea in the lost continent of Atlantis? They seem to have all sorts of high powered technology in SG:Atlantis, which could explain how you are able to be online.

(if I can believe your assertion that the capitol begins with "A", you tricksy person you).
