I declare after all there is no enjoyment like reading! How much sooner one tires of anything than of a book! When I have a house of my own, I shall be miserable if I have not an excellent library.

It is definetly good to be drinking lots of water when you are on a diet. French bread is alright if eaten in proportion and with a balance of other foods ( plenty of fruits and veggies along with lean protein like legumes ,nuts, and fish) ,it's especially good if it is a wholemeal french bread. And also if it isnt eaten with cholesterol filled condiments like butter or cream, maybe instead some olive oil or pesto would be best. Good luck with it ktd!

ginger tea and slivers of tofu...
