I wouldn't, but ears are fair game...

Would you ever hit a man with glasses?

Never would I ever hit a man with glasses! [unless he gives me reason to. Take that guy over there, if he were to stalk and sneak up behind me to knock me out, I'd hit him with my book (hardcover of course). And I'd hit him again. And again. Maybe I'd scream too.]

Would you ever tell a person who loves you (your significant other) that you have 12 voices in your head?
“I thought what I’d do was, I’d pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes. That way I wouldn’t have to have any goddam stupid useless conversations with anybody.”

    - Holden Caulfield, The Catcher in the Rye

No, because singling out those 12 would be showing favoritism....the voices HATE that.

Would you ever lie to a dying friend if it would make them feel better?

    i dont think so...

Worst incident of forgetting someones birthday?
I declare after all there is no enjoyment like reading! How much sooner one tires of anything than of a book! When I have a house of my own, I shall be miserable if I have not an excellent library.

Sadly, I and everyone I know forgot my 31st Birthday...... My mother went into the hospital a few days before & died a few days after. Needless to say, nobody (including ME) was thinking about birthdays at the time. It wasn't until a month or so later when someone asked my about my birthday "party" that I remembered that I'd skipped it.

Did you ever buy a really nice gift for someone & then decide to keep it for yourself?

I did, but not because I wanted to use it, it was I thought it was not good enough for that person.

Have you ever gifted further any gifts you recieved, or have you kept it and later on gave it to the person for whom it was not bought?

I am very sorry if this has upset you......

There is NO lady in my avatar! Just a man on a bed with his arms wrapped around a pillow. Nothing violent or sadistic. Just a perfectly sculpted male body.

This is the second time that someone has mentioned my avatar in a "negative" manner; so I'll put it to a vote. If 3 or more LitNeters want me to change it, I'll bow to the collective will, and do so.

Poetess - Shall I count you as the first vote for change?

P.S. When & where did you ask the first time? I missed it......Sorry
