Ah, you read enough of them and you get used to their manner of speaking, the pacing and all that other 'technical' stuff and they don't seem any different than any other book. Of course in content they are, but once I got the hang of their complicated naming system, I was good.
The PAM is always so welcoming to new members and so good at making them feel right at home which seems downright amazing to someone as prickly as me.
