Yes, I like it. It's not at all sleepy anymore.

I modified this pic to make my avatar and EGO mos victum is supposed to be "I will overcome" in Latin, but is more accurate (I think) as "I will conquer"

Oh, Kathy, I like that one! I'm a sucker for anything even remotely Celtic.

    but weighty and unmovable

Thanks, Idril. I like Celtic stuff too, especially the knotwork.

Love Celtic too. The knots are so incredible! When you find that site let me know. I went hunting on day online for sites and images. I like the music, as well. I have been recording some nice albums for Christmas. The Celtic are my favorite. I like your avy so much Kathy.

Idril - yours is beautiful too. Love anything southwestern. When you look into your profile page what is the painting on the right? I am an artist and it greatly interests me.

My avatar is actually an emblem created by J.R.R. Tolkien for the character of Idril but I agree it looks, well, I wouldn't have said southwestern but definitely Native American, to me it looks like more of a Plains tribe kind of thing but that's probably because those are the tribes I'm most familar with.

The picture in my profile is a fractal and the artist is Alice Kelley. Here is a site where you can see more of her work. I absolutely love her, in fact, I just bought her calendar.

Yeah, that painting is marvelous! A beautiful scene for the eyes!

Signature change: I am currently reading Dostoyevsky's Crime and Punishment and it was the first dialogue of the story and it blew me away. It is true. Very true.

Avatar change: Something not black, for a change, and it makes for a scintillatingly enchanting sight! At least for me...

    Exclamation

More poetry in the signature, and a new picture. Conan actually stepping on the head of a rising Dragon. I just liked it, that's all.

Yeah, very cool. Imagination-of-a-cannibal-inducing image, Uncle Pen, but not in a completely gruesome way. :

I saw it this morning, and it immediately reminded me of my Grandma's garden in winter She used to have that kind of swing, too, when I was a kid, but she won't let me use it anymore, she says I'm too big . I called her directly after going off-line again .
Very nice picture, fits the season .

First you'rre mother, now you're grandmother. You're getting me older and older by the minute.
