    Lord Capulet's affect

I was just wondering if I could get some other perspectives on this questions that I have to answer for my English Assignment...

'Describe and examine Lord Capulets decisions and how he affects the outcome of the play.'

    Can anyone help?

Sorry I can't write a long reply but I can say that his decision to make Juliet marry Paris is the most important one. He used to think her daughter was too young for marriage at the beginning but after all things happened and Romeo is banished, he changes his mind and starts to think that Juliet should marry Paris who is a popular bachelor, so that she will get over her grief. and owing to this marriage people will forget all that happened, that the only child of Capulet's have fallen in love with the son of their enemy. I think this decision and more importantly, insistence of Lord Capulet about his decision is what ruins everything and leads young lovers to deaths.
