By the way. I took so long to reply to this thread because I've been working on a little trick to play on the trick or treating kiddies that come to my door. I'm making a cauldron in which the sweets will be placed. But, it has a false bottom to it and a hole in one side so I can stick my hand in. Then, when they least expect it, I'll stick my hand out and watch them sceram. AHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! I'm so evil sometimes.
Does anyone else have any tricks planned for the children?

    Yay!

A trick for the kiddies? I try to slip in a few somewhat healthier snacks amongst all the sugar....seems to annoy some of the older kids quite a bit. I imagine they eat the chocolate I give and toss the raisins and granola bars in the trash.

    GEEKINESS RULES!!!

i just got an iPod . . . i'm so excited . . . so i wil be in geeky heaven for the next several weeks.

i'm going trick-or-treating for Unicef this year (a good trick to get to continue trick-or-treating for several years after it is teenagerily proper ) so i don't have much planned for tricks at the house. however, i thought it might be fun to cover my lamps with red plastic wrap and then hang a deer skull over the door . . . MUA HA HA

you go around and collect money instead of candy. you get to dress up, and you just explain the situation to people and ask them to donate. actually people are extremely nice about it; i've done it before and everybody gave at least a dollar, and gave me candy too!

we're hoping to get the money sent to help with the genocide in Darfur this year, actually . . .

Hmm..I wish I could still go trick or treating. My luck, I get to sit in my literature class all night tomorrow. Well, at least we are covering Dante's Inferno!

Nevermind, I caught up...I understand the whole bury the hatchet thing now lol.

Glad you are better optimistic. So was the imaginary guy reading crime and punishment to you also rugged?! lol...

Some of that food looked gross.

You know what we could discuss while having coffee girls? We could remain true to the thread and forum by discussing how we picture the male characters in the books we read hmm?! (Optimistic you gave me this idea)...let me know what you all think
