Well may I state again that men can be mystifying themselves?

    Mystifying...mmmm? Pray, tell, how?

Oh my King, why do you put yourself down? I'm sure there is an earthling who will disagree and find you charming and mystifying, right?

Why would an earthling know of Aimus? He lives on Mars and eats turnips, two activities which are not very condusive to social interaction, wouldn't you agree?

How would I know living on mars with the sun on my face? Is it unrealistic of me to think there is indeed an earthling that finds me at least somewhat charming and mystifying? Can you give direction to this earthling so I might abduct her and show her around on Mars?

What makes you automatically assume it's a female? Blind, naive optimism?

Did I assume anything? Was I not merely hoping it was a female?

David, since when did you become a female? Are you perhaps the earthling that finds me charming and mystifying?

You may have been hoping, but "earthling" is a wide spectrum, isn't it?

Why didn't I think of 'earthling' in more general terms before?
Could it be one of the turnip-cat hybrids?
