I really like the background, it reminds me very much of the area where I grew up and I do wear a lot of brown so you got that right...I'm just not so sure about the cornrows.

It is easier working from a picture, isn't it? I used Virgil and Pen's pictures when making my dolls which was a good thing because I would've had a different picture of Virgil, although Pen's would've been pretty similar.
