I used to be really into Maiden and especially that song when I was in my metal phase in the 80's. My friends were listening to Motley Crue and Poison and I was listening to Maiden and Judas Priest but then I went to college and discovered alt rock and metal faded into the background. I do still have a fond place in my heart for it, perhaps some day I'll replace the vinyl for discs and rediscover my metal roots.
And right now I'm listening to one of those college alt rockers, at least they were at the time, Bad by U2.
