    immediately required!

    hi,
    could any one help me with certain yeats' poems and their interpretations. i need badly as my exams are drawing near and i need to prepare my notes on 'Politics' and 'The Tower' !
    POLITICS begins with ' In our time the destiny of man presents its meanings in' ; and THE TOWER starts with 'WHAT shall I do with this absurdity'.

    kindly send as many as texual notes u can get on these poems! thanx! sayanti

    Did you do any research at all?

    The Tower is in reference to the Tower of Babel (in the Bible) which is in the book of Genesis 11:1-9.

    As for politics you may want to read up on Yeats life and the scene around him at the time. Good luck in your exam.
