    Othello

Othello is a complete and total moron! He's supposed to be this brilliant general, and yet he believes what everyone says but his own wife.

I have only read the first three acts of the play so far and now you've all gone and spoiled the end for me!!!! No, only joking!!! I think that Iago is a very evil character - but also very clever!! Othello is sooooo trusting, it gets very annoying! you think that he would find out when he over hears cassio talking to Bianca!! I hope i enjoy the rest of the play!! thanx for all your help<br>

    Talking Hey

Hi, i've just finished reading Othello and already i'm starting to like it more then Hamlet... my favourite character would have to be Iago, purely for the fact that he has to be Shakespeares more evil and manipulative character ever...

Iago is definitly the best character, he has so much depth! He is not only a devious person, but he manipulates peoples feelings, emotions, actions and then twists the truth to get someone to take the blame for his meddling!! he is so sneaky!!!

Yea i agree. Without the depth of Iago, this play wouldn't be as appealing to audiences and his character is pure mastery on Shakespeare's part.

Iago's my fav character. Take him out and there is no play. He is the most clever and interseting character. He is the most well developed character as well.
