Nice meter in the "Blue (Da Ba Dee)" song. Even his girlfriend is blue! All that blue reminds me of the song, "Love Is Blue": https://youtu.be/LNLWIswKIw0?si=0FyCFCS_JYXeHNA9

Esther offers "shower" for this week's writing prompt: https://estherchilton.co.uk/2026/06/...g-prompts-118/

    Shower of Blessings

    Blessings shower on those who
have heard the Spirit's words and do
what they were told, with boldness, too.
    Living waters flow!

I like the thought of those faeries laughing in the rain.

Esther offers "cross" for this week's Writing Prompts: https://estherchilton.co.uk/2026/06/...g-prompts-119/

    Our Gain, His Cross

There was His birth and ministry
    before there was that cross.
It could have ended that same year.
His Kingdom, though, was coming near.
    He rose to Satan's loss.

Good advice to avoid lucifer's kitten.

Esther offers "close" for this week's writing prompt: https://estherchilton.co.uk/2026/06/...g-prompts-120/

    Eternal Harvest

The barn seems full, but let's not close
    its squeaky, creepy, sleepy door.
Within are treasures that we chose.
    Outside are waiting even more.

    AI!! Angel or Tinky?

re: "AI!!": Sort'a kind'a both... 2 maybe 3 in the morning I hear a cat battle outside (Angel & ???) and open the door, but I can't see anything... but Tinky pushes past me through the open door and becomes 3-times bigger (and he's a big cat to start with) and ready for anything. I realize he's now outside, but still nearby (remember he's not an outdoor cat), so I grab him and he goes into full cartoon Tasmanian Devil mode and I get thrashed (bit and clawed) pretty bad as I get him inside... all safe and sound. At dinnertime Angel shows up none the worst for wear, go figger.

    Enjoyed the eternal harvest

    Back later with my offering...

    close encounters

Lololol! I hope you remembered to desinfect the wounds. I didn't know that the Tasmanian Devil was an animal:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wEK72aqu4Ek&t=259s

    Football games can be exciting.

Esther offers "block" for this week's writing prompt: https://estherchilton.co.uk/2026/07/...g-prompts-121/

For some it is a welcomed door.
For some it is a block
that keeps them searching more and more
though it is there, an opened door,
and no one needs to knock.

We all get banned notice once a while. The last time I was banned because of using this symbol: .Algorithm was having his bad day. I took it out and was able to post the rest.
