Had to google Frances Mc Dormand... prolly the most accomplished actress I've barely run across (Madagascar 3). I know Mia Farrow mostly from her scandals with Woody Allen, and possibly from Peter Pan. Based on a quick wikipedia research I'd choose Frances Mc Dormand for her singing.

It depends on the quality of the writing but I tend to prefer plot driven fiction.

Character driven, but some form of plot. Themes is the most important thing- and this has changed through time.
Legacy or presence of mind?
Frances Mc Dormand is a great favorite with me, I had to include her. But some of the movies where she played a leading roll, like "Fargo" and "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" were very violent.Originally Posted by tailor STATELY

Does one value their legacy (achievements, agency, future generations, accomplishments) or place a higher value on their present feeling of content, discontent?
(To be certain, legacy is very important to many people... but outside of the business world.. it's not admitted as much)
