By the end of the play, has Lennox left Macbeth? It is Lennox in Act 4, scene 1 who tells Macbeth that Macduff has fled to England. But it is also Lennox in Act 3, scene 6 who seems to mock Macbeth's explanations for Banquo and Duncans' murders, saying that they had each been killed by their sons because their sons fled the scene. Whose side is Lennox on?
