LSB dwarf galaxy: Possibly NGC4656UV... https://arxiv.org/pdf/1705.03523.pdf
11 May 2017: Most probably we have a deal with the dark matter dominated LSB dwarf galaxy. One should keep in mind, however, that the total dynamical mass estimate of NGC4656UV remains uncertain and needs more elaborate investigation.
