    Happy St. Patrick

    Happy St. Patrick to all that celebrate this day (didn´t know it was today).

    I knew St. Patrick's day was coming sometime in March, but I don't participate in any of the celebrations here. There is the story of the shamrock, the three-leaved clover. I remember looking for four-leaved clovers as a child thinking they would bring good luck. I don't know why they were supposed to bring good luck. There is also the pot at the end of the rainbow which I associate with Irish stories.

    Last night I watched "My Blind Brother" featuring a song by The Seekers, an Australian folk group, "I'll never find another you" written by Tom Springfield: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Ga9Bs4fzSY That got me looking for other songs that Judith Durham sang and here is an Irish song, "Danny Boy", lyrics by Frederic Weatherly that I post because it is St. Patrick's Day:
