I'm listening to it now and its magnificent, so freakin' Aye. ;-)

Grieg's Piano Concerto in A minor? (NB: In the interests of full disclosure, I should point out that anyone answering Nay will find me coming through the internet to defenestrate them--which, I point out, is a good word for our Devil's Dictionary.)

bounty, until you mentioned this, and I went to YouTube to investigate, I had never heard of it. I was in blissful ignorance of whatever this abomination is. Now this tragic example of experimentation with hormone replacement therapy on aging actors is emblazoned in my brain. I'll have my revenge, just you wait. In the meantime, however, a huge...freakin...NAY!!!

A few years ago I would probably have given a shrug of the shoulders at best to tribute bands, but since then I've discovered that not only are some of them rather good, but it has now occurred more than once that a member of a tribute band is recruited by the actual band to whom he was paying tribute. As some of the great bands of yesteryear age, they occasionally pluck a replacement member from these younger bands that are already well-versed in the music, look and style of the original. So Aye.

Aye, as long as it's well contained.

Alright well I can only do a half-arsed job of answering this one since I never heard of him until now and have only just listening to a sampling on YouTube. It sounds like modern classical to me, the non-melodic variety, that is, of which I am not and never have been a fan, so I'm going to say Nay.

Nay. I've never watched it, never will.

Generic brands of your favorite food or other things, but if Aye, try to find a reason other than price.

definitely aye, yes for the price but also because I like rootin' for and supporting the underdog. also, in many cases, the product is just as good or even better. although, as to that latter point, I am mingling "store brand" with "generic brand."

a non-white Christmas? (or winter for that matter!)

As a Jew, 12th night (apart from the Shakespeare play of the same name) is about as meaningful to me as a cluster of farts, but I love the beauty and pageantry of the celebrations y'all have at this time of year, so definitely Aye.

Beautiful and inspiring arrays of lights on people's houses at this time of year, when they are left on for some time after the holidays have ended.

i say aye and nay...nay if the Christmas-themed ones extend past the Christmas season, which to me is about new years...but aye if the other lights, though much less of them, stand as a sort of light in the darkness against the still dark months winter months.

however, its hard to be "beautiful and inspiring" I think without crossing over into ostentatious. I lean towards less is more...especially after Christmas.

frosty the snowman, Rudolph, the Grinch, Charlie brown and all those other old Christmas cartoons from the 60s/early 70s?

What about them? Oh, oh, I see. :-0 Well Aye, of course! They were pivotal parts of my childhood, me being of that generation. And I don't agree about some of the lights people put on their houses necessarily being ostentatious, as there are some around that are elaborate without being so, just very beautiful. In principle and in general, though, I too am a 'less is more' kind of guy.

    Cute pet/animal videos on YouTube?
